A Legacy Written Across Three Generations
1960s
Where It All Began
Long before the chandeliers and grand halls, there was simply soil, sweat, and an unshakable belief in doing things right. Founded by Mr. Ramanujalu, M-Group’s earliest chapter was written in agriculture and brick manufacturing. Strengthened by the vision of Mr. Madanagopal, this generation laid the foundation of integrity that still drives every decision today.
1997
Investing in Minds, Shaping Futures
Recognizing that the truest legacy is the one you pass on, M-Group stepped into education — rooted in the belief that a community rises only when its people do. In the years since, more than 7,000 students have been nurtured, guided, and sent into the world ready to write stories of their own.

With Shrivaaru Venkataachalapathy Palace, the Group stepped boldly into weddings, conventions, and event venues — setting a benchmark for quality across Tamil Nadu, and earning the patronage of three Chief Ministers of the state.

The launch of M Conventions marked a defining leap: a contemporary, full-service venue bringing every element of a world-class event under one roof, built for scale, sophistication, and seamless experience.

M-Group opened TAKKT Southern Café, built on the principles of sustainable farming and devoted to the flavours of South India. More than a coffee shop, it became Chennai’s No. 1 — a hub where heritage, craft, and community meet over every cup.

The arrival of Burgundy Banquets brought a sophisticated, curated experience with fine dining at its heart — every detail, from the ambiance to the artistry on the plate, crafted for those who appreciate refinement in its purest form.
